中国红盟是一支极其严格自律的爱国红客组织，包括对我国境内任何个人/单位电脑及网站不允许进行攻击（除非法等其他因素个人/单位电脑、个人/其他网站）等道德观约束，成为一名红客组织成员的第一守则。不做有违国家政府外交关系不利之事，充分认清与认识国家外交政策与真正的爱国意识。

About Honker

In the early days, it was called CHINA HACKER. Later, because 'HACKER' was translated as '黑客' (hacker), Chinese cybersecurity professionals were rightfully called '红客' (transliterated as Honker), and the Red Hacker became well known internationally.

The Redhacker's Alliance is an extremely disciplined and patriotic honker organization, which includes ethical constraints such as not attacking any individual/unit's computer or website within China (except for legal or other factors involving individual/unit computers or other websites). This is the first rule of becoming a member of a honker organization. One must not engage in actions that would harm the country’s government or diplomatic relations and must fully understand and recognize national foreign policy and true patriotism.

『Honker.org.cn』 — the only official website of the China Honker Union, China Honker trademark copyright owner:August, 1999, the China Honker Union led by Sharpwinner, was formed to distinguish between honkers and hackers. The Redhackers, representing China, created the concept of red hackers and founded the China Honker Union. October, 2000, the China Honker Union received support from both Chinese and overseas Chinese. After deliberations, it was decided to reshape the organization to a larger scale, combining and convening several domestic hacker organizations. The new alliance was named “The Redhacker's Alliance Official Organization（T.R.A）”; May 8, 2001, China-US cyber battle: attacks on the US Navy military website; August 14, 2001, attack on the Yasukuni Shrine in Japan, targeting Japanese government websites; May 19, 2009, China network outage incident: guest on CCTV's "News Guest Room" program, possessing world-class capabilities in developing security hardware and software: China Honker anti-DDOS hardware firewalls, China Honker server intrusion defense systems.

Official Statement: Identify ORG.CN domain name. This official organization has never been disbanded or reorganized, and has never changed the "中国红客(China RedHacker / China Honker)" name to other Chinese characters or incorrect expressions.
